Ingredients
- 1 tea bag or 1 tsp dried butterfly pea flowers
- 120 ml hot water
- 3-5 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
- 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda

Brew the tea
Steep 1 tea bag or 1 tsp of butterfly pea flowers in 120 ml of hot water for 3–5 minutes. -
Chill
Let the tea cool, then refrigerate for 6–8 hours until cold. -
Muddle flavours
In a glass, add mint, lemon juice, and honey. Gently muddle to release the aroma. -
Add fizz
